SERVICES OFFERED: Public Health Testing Services - Conventional Blood HIV Testing, Gonorrhea Testing
and Syphilis Testing

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Offer education and/or information on public health related subjects for
individuals, groups, community. Vision/Hearing screening – for children through 18yrs.
Immunizations – children and adults must meet eligibility. Monitor/surveillance/education
of communicable diseases. TB Elimination Program, surveillance, investigation and
evaluation of active TB cases and contacts. STD/HIV testing, counseling and education.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Walk-ins accepted for HIV and STD testing but appointments preferred.
