Mission and Vision
Hope Hospice enriches our community by providing exceptional, compassionate care and focusing on quality of life when it matters most.
Hope Hospice will be the sought-after hospice for providing compassionate, personalized end of life care that promotes caregiver confidence, excellence in symptom management, and a guided passage through the grief & loss process.
Hope Hospice provides end of life care for those suffering from a life limiting disease regardless of age. We support our patients and their families mentally, physically and emotionally. As a non-profit, we have never turned anyone away due to their inability to pay. Our thrift store provides financial support to non-funded and under-funded individuals. When hospice is needed, we are there and ready to step in and assist.
Under Hope Hospice care you or your loved are involved in the plan for your care. You have a team of professionals helping guide you through these decisions. This is composed of a hospice physician, your primary physician, a team of registered nurses, master’s level social worker, spiritual care counselor, certified nurse’s aides, volunteers.
Hope Hospice helps you cover the cost of the visits from your team, wherever you call home. Hospice covers all related medications, supplies, medical equipment, and appropriate treatments to maximize your comfort.

Our counselors are experienced in working with grieving adults, children and families. We will meet with you in person to discuss your own grief experience and create a plan that will best meet your needs.

For community clients seeking counseling, we offer a sliding fee scale based upon your current financial situation and need. Fees are decided and agreed upon during the intake interview and may be adjusted whenever there is a significant change in income or financial status. There is no fee for intake interviews.
Our counseling team is available to speak with you over the phone if you have a question or special concern. For more in-depth assistance, we recommend you take the first step in your healing journey by calling (830) 358-5300 to schedule an initial visit.
