PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: We serve low-income households in Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, Uvalde and Gillespie counties by providing food boxes to alleviate food needs and provide food choices for the whole family. The food boxes (containing meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, breads and health/hygiene items such as child or adult diapers, soaps, toothpaste, etc.) are delivered to client’s home every two weeks by trained Christian Family Mentors from one of HCDBM Church Partners who not only deliver the physical provisions, but most importantly stay and foster meaningful relationships offering emotional and spiritual support and guidance through the Gospel of Christ.

StandbyMe - Support for at-risk students.
Community Partners - Over 100 area nonprofit partners who help serve through these core programs.
