The Heart Gallery of South Central Texas redefines the narrative of youth in foster care with innovative storytelling to restore the dignity of young people affected by trauma and to catalyze the development of loving families formed through adoption. By bolstering the pathway to permanency, the collaborative framework of Heart Gallery diminishes the foster care to homelessness pipeline and empowers youth to build independent, successful futures.
