CCSCT empowers vulnerable families and individuals in greater South Central Texas to achieve self-sufficiency by eliminating barriers through innovative programs and strong community partnerships.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: CCSCT is funded by the State of Texas and is a non-profit agency that assists low and fixed income families with either electric, natural gas or propane bills. We also assist with fixing central AC’s if fixable. CCSCT offers a case management program that assists client with finding employment, training, or certifications. Our mission is to transition our clients out of poverty.
Note: CCSCT no longer has Family Planning Clinics.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR CLIENT: Client calls for an appointment, fills out application.
Qualifications are based on total family income. Once client qualifies, assistance is provided.

COST TO CLIENT: None.
