CommuniCare is a full-service family health care center that provides primary healthcare services including family medicine, pediatrics, teen health, senior care, sports medicine, women's health, dental, behavioral health and health education.

Description
The CommuniCare Health Foundation advances health care access to working families in the communities CommuniCare Health Centers serves. Nearly 65% of our budget comes from private sources such as individuals, corporations, foundations, and other organizations. Community support in any amount is critical to our success and is essential in the continuum of quality care to our community members who need it most. We appreciate all of our donors, and your gift is highly valued.
