CJC’s PREPPED FOR LIFE PROGRAM equips women to navigate their path toward better life-choices and a new start. It equips them with the tools to obtain and maintain employment which leverage their God-given skills and talents. If someone is suffering from past or present hurts, our programs can help the healing process. We work with our students strengths, identifying their talents, sharpening their skills, and encouraging them towards God’s intended path.

This six-week job prep program, held in-person and via Zoom, includes generational programming, dealing with hurt and guilt, setting boundaries, building character, conflict resolution, anger management, healthy relationships, domestic violence, money matters, identifying your gifts, completing your resume, job applications, confidence in talking about your gifts, interviewing for specific jobs, and money matters. Our curriculum prepares you for life’s challenges, today’s workforce, and builds character that employers are looking.

Educating and helping heal women inmates and probationers. CJC’s WOMEN INMATES - PREPPED FOR LIFE PROGRAM equips women inmates to navigate their path toward better life-choices and a new start. The majority of women who end up incarcerated did not learn God’s truths in childhood. We work with our students strengths and encourage them towards God’s intended path. The goal is to help them become healthier, happier, more productive people by dissolving self-imposed obstacles, limitations, and destructive life-style choices. Often, the answer to one’s future is in their past. If someone is suffering from past or present hurts, our programs can help the healing process. This program puts them on the path to life transformation with healing hope.

This is a five-week faith-based life-skills and behavior management program, held in-person in the Kendall County Jail. The curriculum covers generational programming, dealing with hurt and guilt, setting boundaries, building character, conflict resolution, anger management, healthy relationships, domestic violence, and money matters.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR CLIENT: Online registration or call 830-331-9916 for info / application / interview. Required to attend all classes and be on time. Life circumstances limiting attendance may require she attend a future session. Restrictions: woman must be free of alcohol and drug use during class attendance. Childcare available at the Boerne Y.M.C.A. Diploma or GED not required. Current employment not a restriction
