The Blue Santa Program was organized in 2004 ago by the men and women of the Kendall County Sheriff's Office to provide toys and food for those who are less fortunate and who might otherwise not receive any gifts. Our goal is to provide families the magic and joy of the Christmas season. This program is a cooperative effort from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, Boerne Police Department, Hill Country Family Services, Love Kendall County Kids, The Center and the American Legion Post 313. We are excited that these efforts helped us reach approximately 410 children in need in Kendall County through the generous donations from our community.

As of November 1, 2022, the Blue Santa program is accepting toys and identifying children in our community to be recipients for the Blue Santa Program Toy Drive.

Families in need can come by the Sheriff's Office or Hill Country Family Services and complete an application to receive gifts for their children this holiday season. The deadline to submit applications is December 10, 2022. In order to help as many families as possible, we cannot fulfill applications if registered at multiple agencies or organizations.

Help support the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office with their annual Blue Santa Event. Donate new unwrapped TOYS from infant to age 17 and GIFT CARDS in $10, $15, or $25 amounts from local businesses in Boerne and Comfort. Any donations can be dropped off at the following locations until December 10, 2022.
