LTO Ventures is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation founded in 2010 that develops innovative residential, integrated employment, and social engagement options for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD).

We: a) are developing our own live, work, play community for adults with IDD in Texas called Autumn Hills Village; b) provide consulting and project management services to organizations around the U.S. to build their own, and, c) advocate for the rights of adults with IDD to live, work, and play in the setting and manner of their choosing.

BUILD: We are developing Autumn Hills Village, our own neurodiverse live/work/play intentional community for adults with and without IDD in the Hill Country of Texas. This innovative mixed-use neighborhood will serve adults with a range of abilities and disabilities, including adults with IDD who have greater support needs.
