At HCAL, our mission is to help prevent unwanted, neglected, and abused dogs and cats by providing affordable spay & neuter services, preventative care, and guidance on responsible pet ownership

The Hill Country Animal League clinic, through help from community donations and funding from the Hill Country Animal League Thrift Store, provides low-cost surgeries and pet wellness services in the Greater Hill Country Area of Texas.

Our team of licensed veterinarians along with our experienced support staff make sure your pet gets the highest standard of treatment.
